KnKut mechanics length 1/4" hex shank quick release drill bits are made of a special molybdenum tool steel and the body and clearance are gold surface treated for maximum lubricity. 135° split point starts on contact and will not walk. Recommended for use is work hardening grades of stainless steel and other hard metals.
